Rocktober 15: Ace of Spades, by Motorhead
The picture below is about the only evidence of a long night in NY’s Lower East Side last weekend. The Rock n Roll karaoke at Arlene’s Grocery was a truly legit rock show. The band was unbelievable and one dude even roared Motorhead’s classic Ace of Spades like he was Lemmy himself. So tonight’s latest in the 31 days of Rocktober is a devil horn salute to the Arlene’s house band—the only karaoke band on this planet who can turn out Motorhead flawlessly.
