– Purchase Index Week/Week +1.0%. Previous weeks were +3.0%, -10.0%, +12.0%, +1.0%, +3.0%, -5.0%, -5.0%, -1.0%, +2.0%, +0.0%, -0.3%, and +5.0%.

– Refinance Index Week/Week +13.0%. Previous weeks were -13%, -4.0%, -6.0%, -11.0% -6.0%, -7.0%, +23.0%, +11.0%, +5.0%, -0.3%, and -7.0%.

– Composite Index Week/Week +7.3%. Previous weeks were -7.3%, -4.3%, +4.9%, -0.9%, -2.6%, -6.6%, +11.6%, -5.6%, +3.8%, -0.2%, and -4.1%.

The gains in the week/week comparison were due to the previous week having the Thanksgiving Holiday. December is traditionally a slow month for the mortgage business.
