About 2.5 years ago, The Basis Point was in its prime. Heavy flow of thoughtful and readable pieces daily weekly monthly yearly. Syndication and citations across mainstream financial media. And a voice. My voice mostly, along with other great housing and finance writers who I’d write genius headlines for.

But by June 2013 I started winding it down to chase and ultimately nab a great but no-blogs-allowed job.

And now I reenter the fray in December 2015.

Do I still have a voice worthy of the U.S. housing and finance fray? We’ll find out. This is merely a test to see if I still know how to type. See you all soon…
