The SF Planning Dept just released their latest new construction pipeline report. As you can see, the number of housing units under construction has soared, though many of them won’t reach market for quite some time. Note that “housing units” includes condos, apartments, houses – many developers won’t make the final decision between condos and apartments until they assess market conditions before completion.
