How do you crush days when you’re sick of the grind?

Sometimes you’re just sick of the grind. Or simply too tired and need to refuel. Your body and mind sends you signals. Some of these signals might be right, but you don’t have to give into them today. Do your routine today. Even if you’re just going through the motions. This is the one area where procrastination is acceptable. Procrastinate on relaxing and do your normal routine today. If you truly need the rest, you’ll know tomorrow. If you didn’t need the rest, then you’ll realize you were right to push through the moment of weakness today.
