Black Knight looks to sell mortgage originations software unit for $400m to save $13b sale to ICE: Reuters Exclusive

A Reuters report says Black Knight put its Empower loan origination software business up for sale to overcome FTC antitrust concerns over ICE’s proposed purchase of BK for $13.1b. Reuters didn’t verify if BK did this in coordination with FTC.
