It’s time to add my favorite rock song of all time to The 31 Days of Rocktober: Like Suicide by Soundgarden. It’s the last track on their fourth album, 1994’s Superunknown. If you don’t know about this album, you need to know. It’s the defining album of the grunge movement. Tonight’s pick is dedicated to my friend Vance who, despite his staunch classic rock roots, knows that this is the best rock song ever written.
