This is a leading indicator of business level in the service sector.

 

Labor Market Conditions Index (March 2015)

– Index -0.3. Previous was +2.0.

This is a relative new Index published by the Federal Reserve.  The index has dropped 3 consecutive months and is at the lowest level since June 2012.  This Index measures 19 different

Labor Market conditions.  If this is accurate then the poor BLS of last week is not an anomaly.
