Average U.S. Family’s Wealth -23% from 2007-2009

Highlights (or more like “lowlights”): the average American family’s household wealth was -23% from 2007 to 2009. The report said that income was down, the average person lost one-third of value of their equity portfolio and that debt was up in that period.
