Friday Funk: Naive

Tonight’s Friday Funk installment has more of a lounge than pure funk vibe, but the horns are more than funky enough to get your cool back for the weekend, so that’s one reason it makes the cut. Naive by DJ Aldo Vanucci is a 2007 cover of a 2006 song of the same name by British indie rock band The Kooks, and it’s infinitely better. The other reason it makes the cut is because this just introduces Aldo’s funk affinity. Also including You’re All Show below as a bonus from his deep library. Enjoy.
