Housing policy interlude

Heads up to regular readers, my firm is presenting some policy recommendations to Mitt Romney so posting will be light for a couple days while I do that. Dick will post daily Fundamentals as usual. Also he’s a co-author of the piece we’re working on, so we’ll probably post it at some point.
