– 3 Month Moving Average  -0.15. Previous was -0.30

This index is a weighted average of 85 monthly indicators of the nation’s economy. January was an improvement from a miserable December.

 
PMI Manufacturing Index Flash (February 2016)

– Level  51.0. Previous was 52.7.

This is a survey index which continues to affirm that manufacturing in the U.S. is in trouble.
