For now it still seems like a hazy dream, but it’s not a matter of if this headline comes. It’s only a matter of when. For consumers, this could be a dream come true. The same relentless service, trust, best price, and convenience they’re used to in most other areas of their life is now also available for lending.
So it’s quite healthy for lending companies to daydream about what it means, and how their experience would need to change to rise up to the challenge.
